Growing up with a parent struggling with chronic illness and autoimmune issues, I spent a lot of my childhood in and out of hospitals. I witnessed my mothers constant battle with narcotics and pain management. I witnessed Doctors scratching their heads while their only solution was more prescriptions. I was determined to understand what was happening to my mother and why. After almost losing her to an overdose of prescription drugs in 2010, I dropped out of college to pursue Holistic Massage Therapy and energy work. I wanted to explore alternative lifestyles and ways of healing outside of the Western Medical scope.

I graduated Spa Tech Institute in 2012 with my Massage Therapy license and Polarity Therapy certification. I shortly received certifications on Reiki 1 + 2. I also began to seriously study Astrology at this time, yearning to look deeper into the elemental, energetic and psychological makeup of people so to understand my own and other's nature holistically and more in-depth.
 

5 years into my Massage career I injured myself from overuse which made me walk away from bodywork for a number of years to heal myself. I also noticed my own patterns of autoimmunity arise at that time. I plunged into physical therapy, exercise, bodywork, herbalism, astrology and nutrition so to better understand myself, my needs and what worked best for nourishing my mind, body and soul.

In 2018 I was introduced to Ashiatsu and Barefoot Bodywork; a form of bodywork that uses the feet to massage instead of the hands. This modality brought me back into practice again. Now I enjoy using my hands or my feet when I Massage. 

​

My bodywork style is slow and Myofascial based. Whether I am reading your body with touch or reading your Astrology chart, I am focused on tuning into your natural rhythm so to bring forth your own healing intelligence. I believe the most powerful healing transformations comes from within, when we are in-touch with our natural life-force. The body knows how to heal and regulate itself when relaxed and brought to homeostasis. I am only a facilitator of that process. I have been fortunate enough to witness radical transformation in many of my clients over the years.
